Note Gate 2 is optimized to run anywhere: from the latest version of macOS running on multicore 64-bit Intel processors all the way down to Mac OS X Tiger (10.4) on 32-bit Intel and PowerPC G4 or G5 processors.

Note Gate 2 makes use of the industry standard generic Cocoa and Carbon graphical interface views for Audio Units offering a seamless integration into host applications like Logic Express and Pro, Garageband, Final Cut Express and Pro and Soundtrack.
Note Gate 2 is packaged as a Universal Binary, it performs equally well on both Intel and PowerPC based Macs. You will need Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6) or higher to be able to use the optimized 32-/64-bit Intel version, or Mac OS X Tiger (10.4) or higher for the legacy PowerPC compatible version.
